I was very impressed with his responsiveness and organization in particular. He's got a program that keeps his clients informed of project details, and a platform in which you can share fixtures that you've purchased so that they can be accommodated in his designs. Of all the contractors, he was the only one that provided me with a quote and design as promised and in a timely manner. **★★★★★ — Joseph Alongi, Aug. 2019** > We've referred several clients to Rise Builders and every one of them have told us they were extremely satisfied with the service that Zack and his team provided. > > The contractor/builder industry gets a bad rap because of the disservice that many of them provide. The lack of communication and unethical practice is extremely common. Zack and his team at Rise Builders practice the complete opposite. > > Communication is something that is rare with most contractors. The clients that have worked with Zack and his team have told us that they thoroughly explain the timeline and what's involved, and have software that takes much of the hassle out of the process. > > We've seen the work from many contractors and you can tell which ones like to cut corners so that they can hurry up and get paid. The work we've seen from Rise Builders is something you see out of a magazine. The attention to detail is there and the quality is five stars. > > If you're looking for someone who is ethical, can communicate clearly, and who can deliver a high-quality product, we would highly recommend Zack and his team. **★★★★★ — Allison Lynch, May 2019** > Thank you Rise builders for our new home! Zack, Alex and team are extreme professionals. Their process was seamless and so comfortable. We wish the builder of our last home was as invested as Rise Builders. These guys really have brought construction into the 21st century, their toolset of electronic management tools just blew us away, their deep level of care was evident throughout the entire process. We have never had a construction project go so smoothly or be so much fun. Bravo! **★★★★★ — Ernie Evans, March 2019** > Had to give a huge thanks to Zack and his team at Rise Builders. I have needed various projects over the years handled for my company, and they have always come through for us. From framing to complete remodel, we've needed it all and Zack has made it happen every time! Myself in particular, am very picky about quality of craftsmanship and customer service as I keep the same model for my business and I couldn't be happier with the results provided. My "vision" was expanded exponentially with amazing results after the advising and proper planning that Zack provided to exceed my expectations and really gave my building the look and integrity it showcased. Along with great pricing which were more than competitive than others who had quoted me before and the attention to all detail provided ensured that I have to go no further for future projects with any worry. Thank you very much for all of your help and I look forward to our next expansion! **★★★★★ — Melinda Lynn, Feb. 2019** > I have known Zack Fry and his team at Rise Builders for several years. They have worked in my house on various projects-the most notable was a water leak that occurred just before Christmas. Doing an unplanned remodel at such an inopportune time is tricky, but with Rise Builders every aspect of the job exceeded my expectations. > Their team is professional, skilled, friendly, and they always leave the work site swept and clean. Their prices are very competitive and the craftsmanship is the best in the business. Additionally, Rise Builder’s contractors have the highest of integrity and an eye for design. I have already mentioned that the quality of their work is exceptional. When remodeling large spaces, Zack has a real eye for style and design combined with an excellent knowledge of products available. This combination helps the homeowner create a space that is fresh and unique. Both bathroom remodels they completed, one for the boy’s suite and the other for the girl’s suite couldn’t have been more different and both reflect their different needs and styles. > It is often difficult having workman in and out of your home, but with Zack’s team they quickly became like family and I often looked forward to their arrival. Rise builders provides the highest quality, with competitive prices and often the job is completed on or before the estimated due dates. **★★★★★ — Stephanie Olson, Sept. 2018** > I got 6 quotes from different companies before moving forward with Rise Builders; I chose them based on the professionalism, interest in my project and speed of quotes / job estimate given. > > Not only was the job completed extremely fast, it came out better than I could even imagine. The crew was truly passionate about the task at hand and were so helpful when I felt I needed some advice on the products I was purchasing for this job; they seemed genuinely excited about the end result the whole time we worked together. > > They treated my house with respect, were very clean and well organized and communicated every step of the process very clearly and proactively. They would call me to offer changes and their professional and personal opinions on the best steps to take and I truly felt like they cared about my best interest. > > I get so many compliments on my bathroom and I basically live in my bathtub now, so I would say it was worth every moment living at my mom's house (hah) and I really feel the dollar amount was fair and consistent with the job I got. > > I would easily refer Rise Builders for any job and look forward to working with them again. **★★★★★ — Heather Robertson Interiors, Sept. 2018** > As a professional interior designer, I work with contractors regularly. Zack Fry and his team were amazing to work with - they completed the job early, worked with our budget, quickly fixed problems along the way, produced quality work and had incredible, positive energy and attitude from start to finish. The project turned out beautifully and the client felt taken care of. Highly recommended. Thank you Rise! **★★★★★ — Julie Gullickson, Aug. 2018** > Zach Fry and his team were exceptional. Very professional and did beautiful work on our kitchen, master bath and our communal bathroom. I highly recommend Zach and his team. **★★★★★ — Candace L, Aug. 2018** > Rise Builders are consummate professionals, delivering high quality work in tightly scheduled, choreographed time frames. Zack Fry is most thoughtful about design and materials and goes the extra mile to ensure successful outcomes. He provides solutions and costs keeping budget concerns in the foreground. Rise Builders excels in both new and remodeling construction. They should be of particular interest to those who live in aging homes needing repair and updating. My home appraisal increased by over $400,000 thanks to refurbishing work by Rise Builders. ## Selected projects - [San Jose Hamman Park Custom Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-jose-hamman-park-custom-home-pj-vj~5628640) - Location: San Jose, CA - Photos: 12 - [New Construction in San Jose, CA](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/new-construction-in-san-jose-ca-pj-vj~4283959) - Location: San Jose, CA - Photos: 6 - [Addition/Remodel Los Gatos](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/addition-remodel-los-gatos-pj-vj~5607162) - Location: Los Gatos, CA - Photos: 25 - Description: Custom home, home builder, builder, manged construction, addition, remodel, ADU - [Cupertino house remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/cupertino-house-remodel-pj-vj~5626551) - Location: Cupertino, CA - Photos: 6 - [Los Gatos Hills addition and remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/los-gatos-hills-addition-and-remodel-pj-vj~5626572) - Location: Los Altos Hills, CA - Photos: 19 - [New Construction in Saratoga, CA](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/new-construction-in-saratoga-ca-pj-vj~5609778) - Location: Saratoga Springs, CA - Photos: 13 - [San Jose Naglee Park Bathroom Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-jose-naglee-park-bathroom-remodel-pj-vj~5628660) - Location: San Jose, CA - Photos: 16 - [San Jose Almaden boys bathroom](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-jose-almaden-boys-bathroom-pj-vj~5628616) - Location: San Jose, CA - Photos: 8 - [San Jose Almaden new custom home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-jose-almaden-new-custom-home-pj-vj~5626792) - Location: San Jose, CA - Photos: 1 - [San Jose Almaden girls bathroom](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-jose-almaden-girls-bathroom-pj-vj~5626632) - Location: San Jose, CA - Photos: 10 - [Kitchen Renovations](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchen-renovations-pj-vj~4284146) - Location: San Jose, CA - Photos: 6 - [Bathroom Renovations](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bathroom-renovations-pj-vj~4284036) - Location: San Francisco, CA - Photos: 18 - [San Jose Almaden Valley remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-jose-almaden-valley-remodel-pj-vj~5746542) - Location: San Jose, CA - Photos: 17 - Description: Whole home remodel of 5500 s/f Alamden home. - [Cupertino Custom Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/cupertino-custom-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~5872650) - Location: Cupertino, CA - Photos: 5 - Description: We completed this kitchen remodel in just 6 weeks!
