Jonathan made tasteful design suggestions for the doors of the cabinets and provided valuable referrals for an electrician and painter. When the cabinets arrived there was a minor error and the cabinets were installed too low... the team responded quickly and built new cabinets to install at the right height within 10 days after the initial installation date. The customer service was great, especially compared to big box stores (IKEA) and designer stores (DWR) who have been both unresponsive and incredibly slow when it came to addressing quality issues or product defects.
