Rick, one of the owners, came out, assessed the damage and honestly told me what it was going to take to fix the pool up. He told me, Hacienda Pools typically does not do pool remodels because they like to focus on new pool installations, but he and his team were willing to take on this remodel challenge and I really appreciated it. The remodel went smooth and quick. Rick had his teams out working rain or shine every day, and if there was ever a day when workers were not going to be out there, Rick called me to explain why. This was great because, unlike most contractors we have hired, Rick didn’t get me in trouble with my wife.
