> TADA was contracted through Home Depot to install carpet in our house. The carpet installers did a horrible job with the installation. I contacted TADA and the owner, Don came out to inspect the poor job. He saw the horrible job and brought a new crew out and installed new carpet that we were able to pick from his store show room. He gave us a better quality carpet and padding. Dawn also had his different crews.Come out and the company made up for the horrible job by doing some extra work for us at no cost. TADA and it's workers performed a professional and quality job for us on all the work.

> First spoke with Don 9/24/2020.  We set up an appointment to meet for a bathroom remodel.  His flight was delayed so he could not make the appointment, not a big deal, I said just call me when you are available.
> On October 17, 2020, I reached back out to him, as he had not called me back.  We made an appointment for October 30 and I drove 7 hours to meet his employee.  He took measurements and we discussed a game plan.  They would be calling me with an estimate and a plan of action.
> Never happened.  I left a message on employees phone in January- no call back.
> I finally called Don 2/19 and left him a message, that it would be nice to have a response even if the response was to go fly a kite.  Communication is always good.  Don did text me back and said it would be better for me to find another contractor.
