Jack and his guys took out and hauled away more than 1,700 lbs. of old foul insulation from my attic, then cleaned and sanitized the space. Their crew completely vacuumed out the attic of old insulation and debris. Then they air sealed everything. And used a botanical mold killer to get rid of the mold stains on our roof decking. Then they replaced our old leaky ductwork with new, sealed R8 flex ducts. And added R60 cellulose insulation in the attic. The house is noticeably less drafty and comfortable. Jack's crew careful to cover everything in the house that could have potentially been damaged and they protected the floors. My entire experience has been very professional and hassle free. The drill and fill didn't go as expected with the walls buckling a bit but Tim worked quickly to identify the issue, communicated the situation and reason in a clear way, and immediately began working on resolving the issue.
