> This company was hired by my GC to complete a 5500 Sq/Ft custom home. Their lack of professionalism is to the most extreme levels. Initially when this company was hired, they would come in on the day of the inspection to complete the work. They offer 2 years of warranty on the quote and they will never honor it. We had made them a service call after 3 months of moving in the home. They initially started with a text saying yes we will schedule someone. They never showed up for a month. After we kept calling them to follow up and eventually the owner sent us a message back that they will not show up. If you would like a factual proof, please don't hesitate to contact me (Sensitive Information Hidden) before you hire this company for your custom build dream home.

> Rike Plumbing is an excellent company. Rich at Rike goes beyond what his scope is. We have had Rike in our renovation taking care of all our plumbing needs and then some. When the designer left out fixtures, Rich stepped up and provided them at no charge. Rich also provided retro fixtures in our basement bath at no charge. When the owner was installing a walk in closet, Rich provided 3 inch screws. Rich is just a real quality professional. Hire Rike Plumbing. You will never be disappointed. Damon and Heather.
