We had just purchased a home in Charleston, SC and were moving from California. Jadie responded immediately, and communicated clearly with me from the outset. We had a list of things we were looking to do on the new house (new floors, full interior paint, new fixtures, a new gate outside, etc). Tidal Creek was the first contact we made when we started thinking about renovations, so we shopped around a bit before committing. We ultimately found that they had the best prices overall with the clearest timeline. Jadie and his team did a FANTASTIC job with our house. He was communicative the entire time (we were in California while all of the work was happening) - sending us regular updates with pictures and videos, and talking through issues as they arose, even late at night and early in the morning.
