**Q: How to "mark" a step so that people do not trip off it** *(in Flooring)*

I have travertine floors and there is a single step up from great room into dining room.  Several people have not seen that step as they are walking away from the dining room and into the great room, thus missing the step down and tripping/falling.
I do not want to "paint" at line at the end of the step, or mark it with tape like at a commercial property.
Any designer ideas???

**Q: replacing otr microwave for 24" wide space** *(in Appliances)*

My 22" wide OTR LG 6 year old microwave is expiring. I cannot find any OTR now less than 30" wide. The Range is 24"; the cabinets above are 24" wide. I've looked everywhere including "refurbished". No dice. Can I fashion a heat- and fire resistent shelf OTR to hold a 24" wide counter top microwave?

A: Got a condotel needing 24 wide micro or redesign cabinetry for 30. Haier makes one, height 20”, Avanti height 17.  GE makes 24 wide range but no matching micro.
