> Rob Volpe, owner of Lily Development has been a pleasure to work with in the purchase of our new home in Bella Vista.  He is very responsive, checks on us frequently to ensure we are pleased and continuously follows up on the details.  He was especially understanding and worked hard to meet a deadline so that we could be in our new home before Christmas.  He made it happen.  I know, even now, when I call Rob, he will always do what he can to help me whether it's to find an attorney or dentist in the area, or to help us get upgrades installed.  He certainly helped in making us feel welcome to our new home and neighborhood.
