> We installed laminate floors manufactured by SLCC flooring in two homes -- the floors started  creaking and squeaking shortly after installation. We submitted a claim with the manufacture. The properties were inspected by various groups, including by a third party hired by SLCC and they concluded the locking mechanism on the laminate floors to be faulty --  confirming to be a manufacture defective product.
> We spent months going through various inspections and we'd reached a resolution with SLCC which was agreed to by their VP, but now SLCC is giving us the run-around and not responding to our emails or phone calls.
