> Harriet and Bill have been an absolute pleasure to work with!  They created the home of our dreams and have been incredibly personable and always available during and after the home buying process. > We had been thinking about remodeling for some time. We even went as far as to have another Architect draw up plans. We called Riseman Development to get a quote. Bill Riseman came out and said he could do better and he did. We love our new home! It is light and bright with tons of storage. He was able to add things we didn't think we would be able to get in our 1953 Ranch such as a full master bath and a walk in closet. The best part, in my opinion is its not obvious that the house was not originally designed this way.
