Jeremy is highly professional and the quality of his work and management is outstanding. We finished a 1000 sq ft basement and he came in on budget during one of the worst times for new construction. The project not only included building an entire structure from the ground up, but also involved tying the new structure into my existing house. After working with Jeremy to nail down the scope, he provided a very thorough, complete and accurate estimate and schedule for the project that proved to be spot on. He was very communicative throughout the project, letting me know what I could expect each week and finished the project on schedule - despite losing a month to the wettest May on record in Asheville! There were a few change orders that came up, and Jeremy was very open and fair on laying out the changes and the impact to the cost of the project. Jeremy's years of construction experience proved to be an enormous asset. His attention to detail, knowledge of carpentry, engineering and construction management kept the product of the sub-contractors at a high level. Not only does the garage match up flawlessly on the outside, but Jeremy matched the trim and doors in the apartment with my 1936 house! Some of the work involved removing and replacing drywall and ceiling in my house. Jeremy sealed up the work area air-tight and kept my living room very clean. > My project was completed on schedule, under budget and the quality is second to none. The project involved a complete gutting of the kitchen including removing half a wall to open up the space, replacing drywall and installing insulation, tiling, moving the appliances to new locations, installing new cabinets, and pouring concrete countertops. From the work he put into the initial quote to every detail we were impressed. He consistently communicated what was happening on a daily basis via text, phone calls, or in person. We always knew what was happening, which subcontractors were showing up, and where the project was in the timeline.
