We were brought on to tweek the home with a few, key pieces to finish it off. No structural changes were made to the unit. The entire unit still had the original builder's finishes. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were demo'd and re-designed. Bulkheads were removed from the kitchen to allow full height cabinets. All flooring, baseboards, door trims and doors were replaced. Crown moulding was added throughout the entire unit. California shutters were added to all windows.
