> We searched extensively for a contractor that would meet our needs, had a strong reputation and worked hard to ensure the work was not only done well and correctly, but at a reasonable price point. Our project is getting closer to completion and we've been very pleased throughout the process. The crew has been trustworthy, professional and very friendly and we plan on using Zadok Mills Construction for future projects. We did have a hurdle from a timing prospective due to the unexpected need for permitting from the city, however the nature of the people working in the house made the additional length of the project seem less burdensome. We will continue and have already recommended Zadok to friends and family.
