> Ned Brand and his crews were extremely professional in everything that they did. I contacted him to diagnose a door which had been closing fine but had recently become extremely difficult to open. After careful evaluation, the problem was found to be a leak in the roof which we had not previously noticed. So we had a couple of teams involved - roofers, who took off the existing tiles, re-papered the entire rear of our house and put the tiles back on, replacing tiles that had broken, and painters. They checked in the house (inside the walls) for any additional water damage, replaced the frame of the door and repainted everything. The roof work was done while I was away. When I returned, I was not completely satisfied with the job so the roofers came back and redid the areas of my concern. I could not be more satisfied with the way I was treated as a customer, how my concerns were taken seriously, how the work was done professionally, and how well things in and around the house were treated. They even asked if I would beta-test their app for keeping in touch with the project while I was gone. Of course, I did and was pleased about that.

He dealt with all the regulatory issues and advised when permits were required.
