The work was never completed. We came to an agreement with our lawyers for Restoration Home Llc to pay a settlement agreement of $6300 on or before April 30, 2024. He failed to make payment by that date. We had to take him to civil court in which we won a summary judgment against him. We had given him a total of $12,000. We won $6300, plus interest, plus court fees.
