> My Wife & I hired David to finish a previously started design after our original designer went out of business.  David was able to research our concept of a "Caribbean Plantation style Home" and bring our 11 year dream to a fantastic conclusion.  Along with our custom builder, David created a hurricane resistant, functional, and yet beautiful structure that has been the talk of our waterfront community for years now.  Many people come to our parties just to get a peek at our home and we are proud of the outcome.  The design took a great deal of time and effort as we were using the most current and up to date building concepts such as ICF construction and Sealed foam attic spaces.  The total square footage is over 8,000 sq. ft. including porches, Garages, and work shops.  the living areas under AC are slightly over 3800 sq. ft.  The home took a little over one year and 3 months to complete and David was with us all the way through and even afterwords for some of the after build projects we worked on.  David is a true professional, who takes pride in his work, sees it through to the end and provided us with many details and referrals to access products, hardware, and services of companies we would have found difficult and time consuming to find on our own.  I consider David a rare find.  He exceeded our expectations and we have happily referred him to many other people.  Best of all David and his wife Renee are easy to talk to and comfortable to work with.  Although my wife and I hope to live in our home forever, I wouldn't hesitate to have David design another home for us again.

**Q: property in Hernando County** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi David,

I was supposed to meet you this December to pick out plans to build a house in the Royal Highlands, Weeki Wachee.  My home now is in Big Pine Key and Hurricane Irma delayed my plans quite a bit.  I did have something picked out but lost it in the flood.  Id like to browse your designs here on Houzz.  Id like something around 2000 sf, minimum 2 bedroom 2bath with a large master bedroom.  I hope to reschedule my trip to Hernando County in the spring.

**Q: Love the house! Colors please?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is the siding painted or is it a pre-finished Hardi color? Either way I'd like to know the color. Also, are the windows all white?
Thanks.

A: The Hardi was painted, not prefinished.  Unfortunately I do not know the exact paint color.  If I can find out I will certainly let you know.  Windows are all white.

A: Hi lkmouroukis.  The body color of the house was \#SW6121 Whole Wheat by Sherwin Williams.
