They don't have one or two people that pretend to play the various roles. Angela did an excellent job of bringing in the exact elements and materials that I had in mind when we talked about it. I am typically an indecisive person, but I didn't feel any questions at all about the materials she presented, and they look amazing! Matt and Eddie were both very responsive and attentive in keeping us up to date on any schedule changes as the project progressed. It was obvious they wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with our project at every step of the way. Honestly, I don't think we could have found better people to work with. We had a family emergency arise during the course of our project that resulted in us having to leave home for several weeks with very little notice, and it was a lifesaver for us to know that our project would continue in the hands of trusted professionals.
