I still use her expertise today, as I just changed my whole condo layout using all my existing furniture by looking at one of the floor plan designs she gave me 6 years ago!. It’s like I have a whole new place! I started working with Rachael in 2013/2014 with just a “floor plan” of my new condo. We both never laid eyes on the actual condo beforehand. She envisioned exactly what I was looking for before I did. At any given time, she only gave me 2-3 choices to choose from so I never felt overwhelmed. We used some of my existing pieces that I wanted to bring with me and we bought new pieces. On moving day, she organized it all to arrive, be unpacked, assembled and all the packing taken away - within hours, my entire condo was stunning! We thought it was something that we could handle ourselves. Having been through a renovation of our entire home, if you are even considering renovations, don’t do it without a designer. While renovations are very expensive, the cost of hiring a designer was minimal but the value was truly priceless.
