> My wife and I are supper happy with the outcome of the multiple projects Saeid and his cross-functional team have completed at our home. On the very first project, he had the courage to take on somebody else's project which was a mess and finished it up to our expectations. After that he did several remodeling projects including our bathrooms (3 full baths with double vanities, standup shower, and jetted tub), a fully equipped kitchen with a huge island and nook area, and an unfinished 3-door garage. > Sunbay construction was recommended by a friend. The first time I met Saeid was brief just making sure that we understood the boundary conditions. Quality is given, so my other 2 constraints were staying withing the budget and timeliness. I scheduled an interview where we spent quality and quantity time to review the project, my expectations, & him explaining his mode of operation. I wanted a turnkey (architecture to final inspection permit) service. I am a hands on guy and wanted to also make sure that is not going to be a problem.  Saeid and his team didn't disappoint me thru the life of the project (~4 months). His subs were all professional and committed to work. I can't recall a situation where we had to delay the work due to a sub not being available. The final product delighted my wife and I. We were pleased with the service and highly recommend him.
