We met with designer, Sharon Barnett, who walked us through the process and helped us choose the appropriate cabinets, countertops and bathroom accessories. Sharon visited our home, discussed what we wanted and gave her ideas and input. Her expertise was very much appreciated and the final result is beautiful . Before the project began we met with our project manager, Spencer Roth and the project supervisor, Mike Lazzar. The whole process was thoroughly reviewed which included a timeline, materials being used, expectations and communication. Once the project began, our carpet and ceramic tile floors were protected from any dirt or debris. Mike kept us informed with dates and times the various other contractors would be working. He did wonderful work taking great pride in his craftsmanship. At the end of each day our home was left in wonderful condition. All of the people we worked with from this company were professional, friendly and concerned about our happiness all along the way. Pre-work: have the designers and any contractors over to punch holes in walls and get a good idea of what they will be dealing with when walls are opened. If you're going to do the project, a few holes for a short period will be worth it. > 2\. Understand exactly what is covered in the price, i.e. Level of granite, appliances, engineer visit, inspections, lead/asbestos testing, etc. These were all additional costs to my budget. > 3\. Unless you approve a change-order, the price is the price. We had all done our pre-work so there were no surprises during demo. It was super easy to request a line item sheet with what costs/payments were outstanding and what work was completed and how much it costs. Don't be afraid to ask for one.
