All we did was paint everything white! Fast forward to 2013! of Pro Staged Homes came into our house and transformed our bedroom into a magazine shoot ! We had painted it a light color since we moved in but the dark color chose ( never, ever, would I have picked it!) made the room pop! What an eye opener....one wall was done in Dark Ash and the rest of the room in Irish Mist. She added new bedding, accents pieces, new window treatment that blended so well. Our walls are adorned with several wonderful photos of Ireland . addressed the poor ceiling light that we had lived with for 43 years with a beautiful piece that highlighted the marvelous job she had done. She also added an awesome lamp on the dresser that is controlled by a clapper. Our original furniture has taken on a new life surrounded by the terrific transformation that has accomplished! Some stagers routinely use silk/faux plants - others use live plants. Do you see the difference? If it was your home up for sale which option would you choose? A: For staging live is okay for occupied homes but if the home is vacant - silk always.
