> Lindsay from Hunter Design helped with the redesign of our living room and dining room. We had moved into a house that was last updated by a senior citizen in the early nineties and it desperately needed a fresh coat of paint and some new finishes to reflect our younger, modern (but cozy) style. Lindsay gave us a free consultation during which she looked carefully at the space, took measurements, and listened patiently to our attempts at describing our styles. After a few back and forths with ideas, we agreed on a design plan and chose our paint colors and finishes. The end result is even more beautiful than I could have hoped for. Lindsay really understood what we liked and disliked and the design process felt like a true collaboration. She selected great products, laid out the pros and cons of different finishes, had a great eye for color and proportion, and left us in full control of the final choices. She was professional, always punctual, and very responsive via email, phone, and text. I recommend Lindsay to anyone who is thinking about redoing a room but doesn't quite know how to achieve the perfect end-result. I must admit, we were worried that hiring an interior designer would be a luxury we couldn't afford, but it wasn't at all. It was money well-spent and made sure that the cash we put into the renovation would yield an end-result we could enjoy for decades to come.

**Q: What style is the shutter or door?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I'm trying to search for the shutter/door that is in the iron frame. Just to help narrow my options as there are so many! Thanks

A: Unfortunately those shutters are not something you could order.  My client happened to find them at an architectural salvage and we designed the wood frame around it.  I have had so many inquiries about them- I wish I could help more!

I have a 3200 square foot home that needs a remodel. I would love to keep the 70-80’s colonial style that it is.

**Q: Paint** *(in Photo Questions)*

Would you share the name of the paint color?

A: Hello, thanks for your question.  Unfortunately I don't have that color information.  It was already painted when my client bought the house and we decided to keep it.  It was a bright white, like Benjamin Moore Simply White.  It looks different in this picture because of the lighting.

A: Thanks for your question.  I believe my client found them at an antique store, so unfortunately that doesn't help you out.  Sorry!  I would check out your local architectural salvage yards.  Good luck.

Is the rug available for private sale?

A: I'm sorry it is not for sale.  You can contact Woven Accents in Los Angeles.  They always have beautiful Oushak rugs like this one.
