I am a designer in Charlotte so we knew what we wanted and how to make the kitchen function. She was helpful offering ideas and a pleasure to work with. We have continued working together on several projects since our redo in 2023. > Nancy you are the best! **★★★★★ — Karolyn Evans, Nov. 2025** > Great work! Very professional and top-notch quality. Nancy Martin oversaw the whole project. She is amazing. We had our whole kitchen remodeled and 3 closets redone. **★★★★★ — N. Kelley, Jan. 2023** > Had my master his and her closets re done by Impact design Resources. The install process was smooth and the finished product is amazing! This is the first home I have had custom closets and now I don’t know how I lived without them! I highly recommend Impact! **★★★★★ — Katherine Kiser, Jan. 2023** > My husband and I have worked with Kristie and IMPACT on several successful projects over the years, with the most recent being our his and her closets. From start to finish, we were impressed with how even the smallest details were considered and cared for by the team members. We are so in love with how our closets turned out and can't thank Kristie enough for her expertise and attention to detail - you can tell she is a seasoned professional and loves what she does. We look forward to working with her again on future projects we have for our home. **★★★★★ — The Clutter Consultant, Dec. 2020** > I met Impact Design Resources years ago and began to refer them to many of my organizing clients. The feedback from clients is always very positive and the attention to detail is outstanding. They offer everything form simple to over the top. Loads of interesting options and great finishes. Every one of the sales team clearly gets fantastic mentorship from the owner (who is amazing)! If you are looking to have custom closets, cabinets or your garage storage needs met, my experience has been stellar with this company! Lianne Hofer, Owner The Clutter Consultant LLC **★★★★★ — Jay Miller, Aug. 2020** > My wife and I bought a new home in Fort Mill and worked with Alli at Impact Design. We selected Impact because when Alli came to the house in order to see what we wanted, she listened. Carefully. And she took what we said and added her knowledge and expertise to design an incredible master BR walk-in closet and a kitchen pantry. She was a joy to work with. > > The installers, Tim and Jeff also were stars. They were careful and clean in doing the work that had to be done inside. Their skill and talent were apparent as they took a seemingly endless number of different pieces and made closets out of them using an electric saw, drill, screwdrivers, hammers and everything else that one has to use to get the job done. > > The price also was in line with their competitors. So, our conclusion is that you can't go wrong with Impact. Nice people, good work, on time, clean and at a competitive price. > > Jay & Roberta **★★★★★ — Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Showroom Charlotte, June 2020** > Trevor Hunter and Team did a wonderful job on a recent project we completed in the showroom. The workmanship and scheduling was exceptional and I appreciate the level of service Impact and team delivered for my showroom. > > Thank you for all you do for us and great job! **★★★★★ — Marie, Nov. 2019** > What a great problem solved by Nancy and her team. Downsizing! Where do you put all your clothes and shoes. I cannot believe that my condo closets have been so beautifully designed, in budget and on time, to hold ALL my things and not feel stuffed. From large home closets to three condo closets. Many thanks! **★★★★ — Teresa Meinert, Jan. 2019** > Trevor and his team did a wonderful job in making my dream kitchen a reality. I could not be more pleased with their work. Very professional, never to busy to answer my questions or address any concerns. I would highly recommend Impact Design Resources. **★★★★★ — Cheryl B, Dec. 2018** > Impact Design Resources redid my bedroom, office and hall closets (5), laundry area, kitchen cabinet refresh (pullouts, drawers and island redesign) and new mud room cabinet build including areas for two cat litter boxes. This was all designed and installed before I moved to Charlotte. Kristie Knorr did all the design work without having met me, just by telephone calls to understand my requirements. I was very happy with the finished product and 6 months later I am still convinced it would be difficult for me to “fit” in this older home with small closets without the incredible work Kristie did. I later asked Kristie to redo my master bathroom vanity, and this was also a great success. **★★★★★ — Kristin Mountcastle, June 2018** > Working with Impact Design Resources was a complete pleasure from the beginning to the very end of the project. Christie and Shreya were extremely knowledgeable, professional, creative and responsive throughout the entire project, working with me every step of the way to propose a design that not only met every one of my organizational needs, but was as close to budget as possible. The end product is something that surpassed my initial expectations, as the quality of their products is beyond compare. Isaiah was the primary installer and my family felt completely comfortable having him in our house during the installation. I would certainly hire Impact Design Resources for future work and am beyond thrilled with their final product. **★★★★★ — Jackie Ryder, Feb. 2018** > We were very impressed with Kristie and Andrea's professionalism and transparency. They were very thorough when working through the plans for our project. We will definitely be reaching out to them for future projects in our home! ## Selected projects - [Kitchen Reno in Fort Mill](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchen-reno-in-fort-mill-pj-vj~7114444) - Location: Fort Mill, SC - Photos: 15 - [Designer Kitchen Renovation](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/designer-kitchen-renovation-pj-vj~7431465) - Location: Charlotte, NC - Photos: 11 - [White Oak, Black Accents and Accessible Beige Cabinetry](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/white-oak-black-accents-and-accessible-beige-cabinetry-pj-vj~7429772) - Location: Davidson, NC - Photos: 19 - Description: White Oak Island and Pantry cabinet, perimeter painted Accessible Beige. A: Yes. Dimensions of the doors need to be precise. Humid air can cause swelling and doors to stick. **Q: where did you get the lights?** *(in Photo Questions)* Where did you get the lights? A: Thank you for reaching out to us. We were responsible for the cabinetry in this beautiful kitchen. The lights were chosen by the client's interior designer and we do not have that information. **Q: where is the desk from in the office picture?** *(in Photo Questions)* Do you have the details for the desk? A: This was a custom curated color by the interior designer. It is not availabe for retail sale. **Q: Beautiful Work.** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you tell me what color paint is on the walls, in the foreground? Thank you! A: Thank you for reaching out to Impact. We were that cabinet designers on this project. We were not responsible for the painting of the room and therefore don't know the color. **Q: where can I purchase the vanity?** *(in Photo Questions)* Looking to purchase the vanity? A: So happy that you appreciate our vanity! This is a custom designed and manufactured piece that was completed with specific elements for a client. It is not a stock item. **Q: Where did you get the vanity ?** *(in Photo Questions)* Really like the vanity with brass frame. Where can I buy it ? A: This gorgeous vanity is a custom-built piece designed by one of our senior designers. If you are local to the Charlotte area, we would love to discuss designing one for your specific space. --- *Source: Houzz professional profile. Reflects the profile as of 2026-11-07.*
