> My wife and I recently wrapped up an extensive mulit-million dollar remodel of our home. We had lived in the home for 10+ years and knew exactly what we wanted to do to make it our dream home.
>
> Through a selection process, we chose Greg for these reasons:
> 1\. He thoroughly grasped our vision and ran with it (only a great artist can do this)
> 2 He wasn't afraid to lend his opinion and was always full of them when I ran out of ideas (He's very creative).
> 3\. He understood true to form architectual design and style for the type of home we wanted (He's well versed in many different styles)
> 4\. He's great to work with.
>
> I highly reccomend Greg. I know if you choose him, you'll get a creative genius that will help you fulfill your acrhitectual dreams.

> My husband and I hired Greg to design our beautiful, but very complex home. Our project included, restoring an 1880's school/church, and then adding a large estate home to it. We wanted everything, including our new home, to look like it had been there since the 1800's. Greg was able to catch our vision, and design a classic New England/Farmhouse style home around this old church/school to make it look like it had been there all along. Greg always had a great attitude, and was flexible and patient with us when we changed our minds, which happened ALOT. Greg had great insights on the little details of our home, that ended up making our home unique and reminiscent of early 1900's architecture. During the building process, we invited Greg attend all of our weekly contractor meetings. This proved to be so vital in the building process, Greg was able to point out details that the contractors missed while the home was being built, which helped the home to stay on schedule and within budget. We have recommended, and continue to recommend Greg to all guests that have come to our home.

**★★★★★ — Quilter Construction & Remodeling, Feb. 2015**

> We have had the great pleasure to have Greg apart of our Architect/Design team. We have worked with Greg on several projects throughout the last 10+ years. His knowledge and visions of multiple styles of architecture set him far apart from the rest. His communication with clients is excellent. Greg offers his clients a 3D walk through of there home before construction even begins to help them visualize there home. We here at Quilter Construction & Remodeling highly recommend Greg for his services and look forward to every project we get to work together on. Thank you Greg keep up the Excellent work.

> I hired Greg to act as the architect on my home and several other real-estate development projects. When designing my home I was very particular about what I wanted. Greg was able to catch the vision of what I saw and put it on paper. During the design process Greg even traveled to California to study, in person, the architectural design elements I wanted to incorporate into my home. Greg is both creative and technical, which allows him to innovate while sticking to a budget. He is also attentive to his clients needs and highly responsive to deadlines. If you hire Greg you will have the home you envisioned and a great experience during the design process.

> Greg Steffensen is the best. We interviewed several architects and designers in the Salt Lake and Utah County, Utah, area before choosing Greg, and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We had some unusual housing needs in addition to a tight budget, and he designed a gorgeous house that met and far exceeded our best expectations. He has been a delight to work with. We can't wait to start construction on it.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Love the built in drawers! Are they custom?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where are they from?

A: Thanks for reaching out to us. Those were custom made by a local cabinet company.

**Q: Countertop** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the countertop?

A: Thanks for asking - the dimensions are 10'-6" x 4'-6" (countertop overall dimension)

**Q: What kind of brown countertops is that?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Absolutely beautiful!

A: Both the island and the cooking counter tops are soapstones with an eased 2" bullnose edge. They are actually not a brown color.
