> We love our new home!!! The team at Dynan Construction Management is professional and meticulous. They listen and take immediate action on every concern from the client. Both my husband and I are native Floridians, so when we decided to build it was important that we select someone who knows and loves the community as much as we do. We asked friends who work in the local industry for recommendations (one for an architectural firm, the other an interior designer) and each recommended Dynan Construction Management. When we interviewed Rob, his easy manner put us at ease and we were impressed by his process for managing the project as well as the fact that he grew up in Sarasota, is a graduate of the UF School of Building and Construction and after graduation cut his contractor teeth working for a commercial builder before starting DCM.
> When we broke ground in March 2015 I said that I wanted to be in for Thanksgiving and DCM made sure that we were. The house was completed on time and the 2 or 3 "punch list" items at the were completed immediately. Every sub-contractor for DCM completed their work efficiently, neatly and within the budget. The only budget overages were because WE went over in our selections. We are grateful for how smoothly the project went and would definitely recommend Dynan Construction Management.

A: As used in this kitchen, Quartz countertops are a great choice for midcentury style.

A: Hi! Thanks for the compliment. The wood beam in the picture is a "rift cut" white oak.

Three works of art are included...same artist? and are they local to Sarasota Florida? thanks...

A: The artist is Mann Hawks (mannhawksart.com) He lived in Venice, FL but has recently moved to Denver, CO

I really like the exterior pictures/proportions, and love the wide hall with clerestory windows but I can't see how this works. Would you share a floor plan/elevation?
