These homes were luxury builds and turn key - where the owner simply arrived and walked through the front door to enjoy their new home. > GM Construction delivers a high end product and offers their warranty without question. It has been a pleasurable experience for the owner from the beginning to the finished product. My overseas client has enjoyed working with GM Construction so much they he have built several homes together. > I have another high end client from the east coast that never built a home and always preferred to buy a newly constructed residence.
