Our ever popular Crescent Home Street was one of their most sought-after additions to the neighborhood. With over 50 years of building experience, Karzan Langan is known for developing custom plans, working with buyers to design and finish their dream home and standing behind their product after closing. We have heard numerous rave reviews from homeowners about the top-notch customer service offered by this company. Clayton Langan, Don Langan’s son, has joined the company in the last several years bringing his expertise and attention to detail to the company. This was a smaller than typical project for them as they generally perform new home construction. However, Clayton and his team gave our project every bit as much attention as a high end new construction home. He was at the site daily and was very attentive in overseeing the subcontractors' work. They were respectful of our home, minimizing dirt and traffic, as we were living in the home throughout the project. Our end result is fantastic and exactly what we had hoped for. We purchased it from Lee Brick and Block off of Old Henry Rd in Louisville. Thanks!** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The owner uses tung oil about twice a year. Apply it with with a lint free rag and don't let any of the oil pool.
