> We were recommended to Ryan at Progressive Construction because of his thoroughness and honesty, and that recommendation was dead on.  We called him to look at what we thought was a significant leaking issue in our walls.  He came by and took a look at all the areas needing work and said that what needed to be done was not his area of expertise and recommended someone else for us to contact.  It's rare to find this kind of expertise, honesty and helpfulness these days.  I would strongly recommend Ryan and will undoubtedly use his services in the future.
