How hard can it be? 5 trips to the paint store, endless samples, several arguments with your spouse and the final wall color that just doesn't work. Not so easy, you decide. You meet Keatin and she effortlessly helps you make the decision, and she manages to make it all work and adds a huge wow factor, saving you time, money and relationship problems. She is so skilled at this and a delight to work with. We have used her in our home and our business. **★★★★★ — Christopher Martin, Jan. 2018** > Keatin was joy to work with every step of the way. As a designer, I can make a suggestion and she immediately acts on it! This is very gratifying for a designer when the client can put into form what you recommend. She is open, she listens and she intuitively knows when it is time for a change in her environment. AND she gets it when i bring things to her attention. Couldn't ask for a better client! **★★★★★ — Annie Parsons, June 2017** > As a Psychotherapist, I wanted to provide a beautiful, artistic space for my clients. I feel imagery and beauty help the soul heal. Keatin did a fabulous job of listening to what I wanted and designed a beautiful space that included serene colors and artwork that my clients appreciate. I often get comments from clients that it is the nicest office they have ever seen. Keatin deserves all the credit!!! **★★★★★ — Bailey Coleman, May 2016** > I am a local Realtor and will not list a home without Keatin's work! Keatin is a master colorist! I have never seen her color design any home the same way. She takes in the site, the light, the owner's art, furniture and rugs, etc. so that the finished color board is truly a one of a kind personal color statement. Additionally, Keatin is instrumental in creating an overall look/style so that every decision made relates back to that vision. Her choices of tile, flooring, lighting, counter and cabinet materials, etc. are exquisite and always add value to any property. Keatin is easy to work with and cares deeply about her work. I wouldn't list or remodel a home without her! **★★★★★ — ionart87, Feb. 2016** > I had tried several test colors on my walls and was completely frustrated before I heard about Keatin. She came highly recommended as a colorist and designer. She returned my call right away, showed up with her kit of color chips, helped me pick a beautiful color scheme and set me up with a terrific painter. The experience was efficient and fun with a terrific result!. Keatin has a great design sense. I've since hired her to help me pick out cabinets, rugs. furniture and art. She's an absolute pleasure to work with and has saved me hours on time and headaches and has helped me to create a lovely space to come home to. **★★★★★ — Michael Hospelt Photography, April 2015** > I worked with Keatin Holly on three different projects. When you walk into one of her projects, it feels comfortable, welcoming and never stylized. Her approach is not formulaic and she clearly works hard to make sure the space reflects her client's personal vision. Her expertise in color is evident and her spaces are always interesting and individualized; her clients well satisfied with the results. ## Selected projects - [Stinson Beach](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/stinson-beach-pj-vj~1617252) - Location: Stinson Beach, CA - Photos: 17 - Description: The project costs represents the entire remodel. The client was downsizing from a much larger home in Tiburon. We went through every room and gave it a facelift. That was our mission and to have it totally reflect client's personality and lifestyle. - [Mill Valley New Build](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/mill-valley-new-build-pj-vj~5773463) - Location: Mill Valley, CA - Photos: 13 - [San Anselmo Hills](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-anselmo-hills-pj-vj~1619822) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 6 - [Sausalito Cottage Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/sausalito-cottage-remodel-pj-vj~997610) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - Description: This was a small cottage but with a view of the bay in a high rent area of Sausalito. I basically freshened up the tired look with new laminate flooring, new color palette, new hardware for the kitchen cabs, new fireplace re-surfacing, new windows, newly insulated throughout and new carpets in bedroom and new flooring in bathroom. The price does not cover all product or contractor's work. They were able to easily secure top rental price after the improvements. - [San Rafael Home Re-mix](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-rafael-home-re-mix-pj-vj~997612) - Location: Kentfield, CA - Photos: 2 - Description: I say remix because we turned the office to a t.v. room, the family room to a living room, and the living room to their new office. This was client's former formal living room that they never used. There were no doors to it , just a wide opening , so we came up with the idea of the "barn door" type sliders that easily pulled to the side, were interesting to look at and gave them privacy and quiet in their new office area. I helped them pick style of doors, scale and color.
