He returns phone calls and tries to keep the job rolling. Only problem we had was with some of the workers. The person who put in our geo thermal was a dead beat. Took two months and Marcus's help to get filters. The electrical/plumbing (Wix's plumbing) people put more holes than needed. The people who put in the tile could have spend more time and watch what they were doing. I know Marcus tries to use local people but sometimes you need to go with reputation instead of low bid. It is not a paint nor does the product have paint in it. The bricks are specially designed to be porous so that the product will adhere to the brick. It comes with a 20 year warranty against chips, breaks etc. It comes in a few shades of white, tan and gray.
