**Q: What is the name of the beautiful granite?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Granite color? Stunning!

A: Hi Lynn! The granite is called Neptune Bordeaux, 1st Bundle from AG&M.

**Q: Range Hood** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi, can you please tell me about the range hood?  It looks so beautiful and different!

A: Thank you! This range hood is a special custom design done by our interior designer, it is made of stainless steel and Riviera Beige lime stone.

**Q: Love the colors.  What shade of WHITE did you use?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Planning on painting my home in Southern Nevada this color.  But can't seem to find the right WHITE.

A: Our selections show the band color was Sherwin Williams SW6113 Interactive Cream (Stucco was SW6115 Totally Tan).  But they also say--sample.  Our selections sometimes change on the jobsite without being updated in the office so I would caution you to do samples first. A: There pendants are manufactured by Capital and were purchased from Boyd Lighting in San Antonio.

**Q: Exterior stucco color** *(in Photo Questions)*

I am in the process of building My parents first home. my mom loves the exterior stucco color and the roof color of this beautuful house. Can you provide me with exact colors of the stucco and roof? Really appreciate it.

A: Our records show the stucco color as Sherwin Williams 6115 Totally Tan and the band color as 6113 Interactive Cream.    The roof is a custom blend of three different Hanson Roof Tile Colors--R595, R420, and R591.  Many times during construction, colors are changed on the jobsite after samples are put up so our selection sheets may not be accurate.  Please do not rely solely on this information but rather do samples of these colors to make sure they are what you are looking for.--Thank you, Burdick Custom Homes.

A: The color/finish is Aggie Maroon Venetian Plaster.
