At first we tried to do this on our own - contacting fireplace stores, plumbers, electricians, masons, etc.  It was a long, frustrating, never-completed procedure,  We finally hired Yoder Construction as general contractor.  What a difference!  Stan Yoder and his subcontractors did more in a month than we were able to get done in 8 months!  He, Luke and all the subcontractors were friendly, polite and most important, from our point of view, reliable.  When they said a job would be done by such and such a date, it was.  What a contrast from our earlier experience!  If you're fortunate enough to get Yoder Construction for your job, do it!

> Stan came prepared at our very first meeting with a tape measure and lots of questions/suggestions.  I never would have thought about all of the options that I had without his guidance.  He was more than willing to do estimates of each and every option.  It was clear that customer satisfaction was his priority.  Yoder Construction completely remodeled my two bathrooms - new bath tub/shower, new sinks, new vanities, new floors, new mirrors, new lighting, new ceramic tile floors, and new accessories.  They also installed new countertops and a new sink in the kitchen as well as new lighting.  I was always kept apprised of the time line and the cost.  They finished in a timely manner at a fair price.  I feel like I have a new house.  If I ever need any other remodeling, I will definitely call Stan and Luke.
