They will try to sell you on how professional they are, but they’re anything but that. Inexperienced installer tore up our brand new concrete patio trying to install outdoor shades on our covered patio. Salesperson Brandon failed to communicate instructions correctly, then refused to answer his phone because it was his day off and he was golfing. We paid over $2100 for 2 shades that don’t function properly due to faulty install. Store owner will not stand behind their product, they gave bungees from Amazon with plastic hooks that broke 2nd time using it. Installation was defective, destroying our property and owner refuses to give refund or make it right. Their solution was to get a decorative rock or tie down to outdoor fireplace to put there and attach it to. No thanks, we paid for a quality product to be professionally installed and they did not provide that. He made the process simple, explained options clearly, and kept my style and vision in mind. We did everything in a few hours and I felt great about my choices...even to this day.
