I have waited to write this review to see if we still love it after really getting used to it...we absolutely do! One of the smartest moves was going with UB Kitchens. Noe, manager of UB Kitchens in San Antonio, was nothing short of outstanding, very patient with all our questions, listening to our plans, and making suggestions when asked. He came to our home and measured twice, and he was present when the cabinets were installed. He was always on time. We love our cabinets...the high quality, the custom color, and the design. Noe suggested a fabulous subcontractor, Ed at DuAll Construction, for the rest of the remodel...sheet rocking, painting, electrical, plumbing. Ed himself did the demolition, and the workers he had were great ( on time, only once did one not come, and he called to say he wouldn’t be here because of the snow storm, but he would call before he came, and he did). A wonderful experience all the way around...highly recommend this high quality business. Marcello, the designer, was such a joy to work with - customer service obviously his number one priority. He was attentive, thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process and I knew he was going to do everything in his power to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The UB Kitchens installation crew was the most professional group I've ever worked with and their attention to detail blew me away. I think I'm picky but they're even pickier!! The worked tirelessly for six very long days doing the initial install. They then made special trips from Austin to San Antonio to help me with the finish-out items and fixing things that were not their fault (i.e. electricians broke the soft-close on my drawer and UB came back out to fix it).
