He appeared to be fairly agitated when he came out of his office immediately stated he had to leave at 11:30 (it was 11:26 at this time) and said he wouldn’t come out from behind the counter to deal with us. Since the stove is basically unusable without the heat shield I asked about the status of the heat shields delivery, he said he had no idea when it would be delivered. It’s the middle of October and we have an unusable wood stove. Not sure what we did to deserve this type of customer service but it was extremely uncomfortable. > > This was the second stove (previously purchase a pellet stove) we purchased from Rettinger and it will be the last.
