> My wife and I hired Think One Architects and Think One Construction Management to do a fast track remodel and addition on our home.  The remodel was a full remodel from top to bottom of 5500 sq. ft. and the addition included several areas of the house for a total additional 3200 sq. ft.  Our experience with both the design and construction firm was extremely pleasant.  They were sensitive to our wants, needs, budget and the overall success of a complex design and construction schedule.  Both the design and construction staff were very skilled, capable professionals and easy to work with.  We feel they always put our interests first and foremost while treating the sub contractors with respect.  The project took 8 months from start to finish and a project of this size and complexity would normally have taken 15-18 months to construct.  The jobsite was one of harmony and teamwork even though at times there were over 25 people on site.   The design team provided all necessary support during the construction process. The cohesion between the design and construction staff created an efficient and smooth project which  reduced stress for us and gave us confidence that the details were being completed.  The designers were always considerate of our desires and opinions, but also provided us additional options; many of the options were not something we thought of, but their experience and skills gave them the insight to help guide our decisions into the functional and beautiful home we had always dreamed of.

## Community Q&A

**Q: where can you find butcher block like this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you for your interest in our project. This butcher block was constructed in place by our ThinkOne carpenters. Although it looks like solid butcher block, it is constructed out of hardwood flooring and wrapped with a decorative trim, including inlayed mahogany squares.

A: These chairs were provided by the owner. Sorry we don't have more information regarding furnishings for this project.
