It was a couple step process. When the granite was completed their was a small trim piece that did not match up well with the rest of the granite. Asked the installer if he had another piece to replace and he did not, however, the next day the piece was replaced without calling our representative. Lastly, we used the BBQ and the one burner would not light very easily. Called and they had a person out the next day to fix.
