I had my gold mirror blinds over 5 years so one of the pieces that go into the whole to hang the blind on Broke and came all the way out so I was wondering if I can buy a replacement

Are the blinds mirrored on both sides?

A: No. The room side (front) is the reflective finish and the street side (back) is white.

Is the color off white or bright white??  Photo looks off white, but ivory looks light brown?

A: Pure white or Cotton is a white although the room darkening or blackout shade has a silver mylar lining that can make the shade have a gray tint.

What kind of material is this vertical blind

A: The vertical vanes are made from vinyl (PVC) with a mirrored surface.

Cordless cellular shades

A: A vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment will get surface dust. If you have anything inside the honeycomb (or cells), that same vacuum attachment will work. Place the suction over the spot and drag to the right or left. Spot clean with mild soap and soft sponge. Do not rub or fabric can pill. Heavy cleaning can be done in a bath tub but do not submerge the top rail. Dip and swish the extended fabric, remove from tub, towel dry and then hang (fully extended) back in the window to let air dry.

I limited in the mounting of the shades. Can they be mounted on the ceiling?

A: The installation brackets that are included with this shade can be mounted up (ceiling), back (wall or trim) or from the side (with an additional L bracket - not included). Thanks for checking!
