> Marc, was hired to completely tear out  and completely rebuild our flooded home in Baton Rouge, after the August 14th 2016 flood. I cant say enough good about this contractor. He took the most stressful time of our lives and made it manageable. Losing your home, car and all of the home contents was a hard situation. We knew immediately after talking to him he was the contractor we would hire never any doubt. The process of remediation started immediately. Marc has extensive knowledge having gone through Katrina in New Orleans. While that was a bad situation too Marc had the knowledge and expirience on what it was going to take to put us back together again from his experience dealing with the Katrina flood.  Marc's experience with dealing with insurance company was also extremely helpful and invaluable. He took that burden off our shoulders and was successful in making sure we were made whole. There was NEVER a time when we doubted our selection of contractor NEVER !! Great communicator, Honest man, conscientious of his work, and his crews are hard working. Always there working to get the job done. Our home was put back better than it was before the flood. Marc made some great suggestions on how too update it. Thanks BPM for all you did for us. Our house is gorgeous !!

> BPM was general contractor on a complete repair and renovation of a 2000 sq.ft two story home after a fire.   Tasks included:  1.)  oversight of demolition and gutting of residential property 2.) repair of structurally damaged roof caused by the fire;   3.) repair of aged plumbing pipes and installation of a new three piece bathroom ; and 4.) actual renovation of dwelling including kitchen and 2 1/2 baths The company was knowledgeable and experienced about insurance estimates; completely professional and met or exceeded all deadlines within budget.  This company was chosen specifically because of their insurance experience due to the specific guidelines of insurance loss claims.

> This is our third time using BPM for renovations.  The first time was a total kitchen makeover, completed just 4 months prior to Katrina. Sadly, we lost that house and moved into a condo.  We hired BPM, since then, for 2 major renovations to the condo, the most recent being Sept of 2014.  They were extremely easy to work with and very professional.  Marc, the owner, was onsite quite often, and was very communicative with us.  We stayed within budget, and are quite pleased with the results.  We highly recommend BPM for your building / renovation needs!
