Since installation the lights have never worked. Everything else works perfectly fine but the lights will not turn on?? **★ — Alicia LaBelle Designs, Oct. 2018** > I ordered the Levato shower panel at the beginning of my project in April so that the rough plumbing could be installed. The panel was finally ready to be installed a couple weeks ago and did not work as it is supposed to. The water pressure was terrible on the body sprays and the waterfall head just didn't work at all. So I got a replacement valve and that, too, was faulty. Only half the body sprays work and the hand held doesn't work at all. I am waiting to hear back from my Houzz Rep (I'm in the Trade Program) to get a solution. I cannot find a phone number anywhere for AKDY. I am desperate to find a solution because the house needs to be listed for sale and the only thing that is not done is the shower! I never knew there would be feet with a free standing tub but it is needed because the bath is totally hollow. one foot is missing and it can't be installed because of this and my plumber and contractor and electrician ( for the heater ) are all here waiting to install. i had to send them away. My contractor also said the tub is poor quality. He now is looking for new feet that will be better quality and more sturdy so as not to have a problem with stability when taking a bath. I had a feeling here would. e a problem bc this company has. it been reliable in my opinion but the delivery man wouldn't let me open the box to inspect the tub he said if the seal is broken he would get i trouble. I'm so disappointed.
