> Had granite countertop installed in kitchen. We have an L shaped countertop and either measurements were off or, because of the extra cutting the installers did, one slab of granite is 25 ¾" deep while the other is 25 ⅛" deep. This makes the countertop stick out over the counter more on one part of the L shape than the other. Also the back splash has different heights which makes for a wider bead of caulk between the backsplash and the tile above it. This may not sound like much but I expected better.
