Making a custom built home takes time and dedication. Over 27 years worth of experience has given me the tools and capabilities necessary to build your vision. Through a proven formula that's unique to each job, I'm able to build your dream home. To begin with, I want to hear from you and what your dream house looks like. Following that, I'll work with you every step of the way to fill in the blanks and make sure your vision comes to life. Based on the planning that goes into the first step, I'll provide you with a budget and timeline of completion for the project. Throughout this process I carefully document any and all expenses and report to you on a monthly basis to keep you updated on the project progress. For out of town residents, I'll also keep you in the loop with weekly reports and onsite pictures to ensure you're up to date on any progress made. I stand by the fact that my book keeping, agenda and records are transparent. Finally, once a strategy is agreed upon I'll get to work on building. Implementing the project requires a keen eye for detail and a qualified crew. To do that, I coordinate with a qualified team of surveyors, engineers, and city officials to ensure your project is up to date and as safe as possible. Through out the building process I also schedule regular meetings to ensure your vision remains on track. My team takes pride in taking the worry and stress free aspects out of a typically stressful process.

We were living in rural Manitoba, while building in BC and Matt took everything in hand, especially when our youngest son was diagnosed with cancer and we found that we were not able to make decisions. He sent us daily updates with pictures, which were much appreciated, being so far away.
