As a working contractor, with a crew of 5. I am on the job to make sure everything runs smoothly and the quality is exceptional. We are able to take on any project expanding our crew as needed. We enjoy working on whole house remodeles, adding floor space, or creating an impressive new home within the existing floor plan. With over 30 years of experience in Residential Remodeling you can feel at ease and confident that our company will deliver results that you will be proud of for years. History I started on my construction career in 1977, right out of high school. Before receiving my general contractors license, I worked for a variety of Contractors learning valuable and varied skills. I also worked for my father-in-law in his Cabinet Shop. Since 1984 when I obtained my license I've always endeavored to put the client first and to treat them the way I would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. We designed and built our first home in 1984. Since then we have built Additions, Decks, and Remodeled Kitchens and Bathrooms. Our focus is always on the overall design and aesthetics. We have a long list of happy satisfied clients, many use us over and over again. I enjoy what I do, I try to be good-humored, beyond that I take seriously the opportunity to deliver the highest quality work, which starts with the foundation and ends with the finish work. I realize there are a lot of Contractors out there, and that most people spend a great deal of money to remodel their home, I feel that after we meet and spend time together, that you will be extremely happy you selected Dream Builders, the company I've owned for 34 years. ### Services Provided - Home Remodeling - Kitchen Remodeling - Bathroom Remodeling - General Contracting - Home Additions - Custom Homes - New Home Construction - Home Extensions - Deck Building - Outdoor Kitchen Construction - Garage Building - Home Restoration - Pool House Design & Construction - Porch Design & Construction - Tile Installation - Deck Repair - Exterior Door Installation - Trim Work - Shed Design & Construction - Lighting Installation - Wainscoting ### Areas Served - Santa Rosa - Rohnert Park - Windsor - Healdsburg - Cotati - Larkfield-Wikiup - Sebastopol - Roseland - Calistoga - Forestville - Graton - Kenwood - Fulton ### Typical Job Cost $50,000. - $500,000 ## Business Details | Field | Value | | --- | --- | | Business Name | Dream Builders of Santa Rosa, Inc. | | Address | Santa Rosa, California 95403, United States | | Phone | (707) 328-2172 | | Website | https://dreambuildersofsantarosa.com/ | | License Number | 459717 | | Followers on Houzz | 17 | **Social profiles:** - Facebook — https://www.facebook.com/DreamBuildersOfSantaRosa/ ## Contact - **Houzz profile:** [Dream Builders of Santa Rosa, Inc.](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/dream-builders-of-santa-rosa-inc-pfvwus-pf~1888795347) - **Website:** https://dreambuildersofsantarosa.com/ - **Phone:** (707) 328-2172 ## Credentials - **Best of Houzz:** 2 awards (2017–2022), for Service. ## Reviews **Overall rating: 5.0 out of 5 — 8 reviews** *Aspect averages:* - Work Quality: 5.0 - Communication: 5.0 - Value: 5.0 ### All 8 reviews **★★★★★ — HU-47921503, Nov. 2021** > We LOVE Jeff's work! He and his crew have done several projects for us, over many years, in various houses. He listens to our ideas and contributes suggestions of his own from his vast experience. Jeff is always clear on timelines and pricing for each job so we always know what to expect. Jeff -- please don't retire yet, we may have one more house to go :) !!! > > Cris and Tom Anderson > Santa Rosa, CA **★★★★★ — yvonne madson, Nov. 2021** > Jeff and his crew are so professional and very pleasant to work with. He is a real gentleman and was always respectful of our property and of our time. He completed 3 bathroom remodels and a guest house kitchen. We had to make some changes along the the way and he was so patient and understanding. We will be hiring him back to do to more work down the road because of his attention to detail and fairness in pricing. There were no surprises along the way. You won’t be disappointed working with him and his crew. **★★★★★ — HU-958660689, Oct. 2021** > Alan Dworkin Penngrove Dream Builders the most talented contractors I’ve ever worked with. They did a complete remodel on the inside of my house. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new doors, etc But the most impressive aspect was the carpentry work from the molding to the fantastic beams he put up throughout . Jeff works the job himself and doesn’t just drop by to check on n things I can’t go on without mentioning his \#1 right hand man Shawn who can do it all Jeff is also easy to work with.It was a pleasure You could say it was a Dream come true **★★★★★ — Justine Frischmann, Oct. 2021** > Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job for us at our river house in Guerneville. They came in on time, in budget, and the quality of the work and craftsmanship was excellent. Jeff is soft spoken and charming and generally an absolute pleasure to work with. His estimates were extremely clear and easy to understand. He was happy to talk about design details and nothing I could think of was too difficult for him. The crew were very fast and efficient, often getting things finished more quickly than I had expected, (which is a first for me on a building project!) I highly recommend Dream Builders!! **★★★★★ — User, Sept. 2016** > Dream Builders has been the best contractor/construction company I've ever worked with. > My original inquiry call was returned within 24 hours and an appointment scheduled to review the work to be done. > > Jeff had many good ideas and suggestions for the re-model and those ideas/suggestions made an awesome final product. > > Jeff and his team were punctual, detail oriented and very skilled in all phases of the project. They were on time every day until completion and kept me informed daily of what they would be doing. It couldn't have gone smoother. > > Jeff is very easy to work with; has a great personality and sense of humor, and completely honest and trustworthy. > > He would be my first call if I were to do any more work in our home! **★★★★★ — User, Sept. 2016** > Jeff is a muli-faceted professional. I used Jeff to remodel my house in 2008, with great success. His work was a big reason I received 100,000's over my listing price when I sold the house in 2013. I used Jeff to update the new home purchased in 2013. Again in 2015, I reached out to Jeff to totally remodel my kitchen. I can't say enough good things about the quality of his work, honesty, cleanliness, design skill and craftsmanship. I still live in the home purchased in 2013, and will use him again with any hesitancy. **★★★★★ — ttwhelan, Sept. 2016** > Jeff remodeled our guest bath room October 2012. We loved his work so much we had him do another major remodel for us. Feb. 2016 he made what was a separate kitchen/ living room area into a beautiful great room. He designed the new kitchen. Where the windows would be, cabinets and appliances. It includes a six foot island. > > He actually did three designs for us, walked us through all the details for each one. > > Jeff was very easy to work with. We enjoyed his company. He is a true talent to his trade. He was professional at all times. If we had to call him about something he always returned our call. He was courteous and helpful. He also has a great sense of humor. And of course does wonderful work. He is a stickler for details. > > We would highly recommend Jeff Broom. You can't go wrong using Dream Builders. > Sincerely, > Terry and Tim Whelan **★★★★★ — Lisa Caldwell, Sept. 2016** > Jeff Broom, of Dream Builders, is truly amazing! He completed 2 huge remodels/additions for me, on 2 different houses, and a remodel for some friends of mine. Jeff is a stellar craftsman, and it shows in the final product! He is great to work with-truly listens to his clients and his designs and ideas are well thought out. His experience & knowledge are very impressive. His attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Dream Builders! ## Selected projects - [Bennett Valley Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bennett-valley-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~1632220) - Location: Santa Rosa, CA - Photos: 20 - [Santa Rosa Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/santa-rosa-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~1995912) - Location: Santa Rosa, CA - Photos: 10 - Description: We removed a small central kitchen, expanding the area and opening up everything to produce a dramatic large dynamic place to work and entertain. - [Bennett Valley Kitchen Remodel and Addition](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bennett-valley-kitchen-remodel-and-addition-pj-vj~1507024) - Location: Sonoma, CA - Photos: 7 - Description: We remodeled the entire home, adding floor space, adding a third bedroom.
