They were as capable as a GC can be. They anticipated issues and the project was completed in 15 months. BTW: our project was an architecturally significant modern home that cantilevers out from a hillside. The program was well understood and flawlessly executed by Beacham Construction. Our supervisor, Mike Perrault was amazing. I highly recommend them for small or large jobs.
