> The project manager was Steve SAMPERT.  The project consisted of removing the existing chimney and wood fireplace and replacing it with a gas fireplace. This would include restoring the roof, soffit, facia and gutters; constructing a new base and box for the new fireplace, installation of the fireplace with exterior natural gas outlet for the BBQ and redesigning the interior to give a modern look and feel to the fireplace. The project was started just before Christmas and they promised to have the fireplace roughed in and operational by Christmas. We had the pleasure of a new fireplace through the Christmas season. We were very pleased with the quality of the sub trades selected and the quality of their work. They were always very polite in their dealings with us and minimized the disruption of our daily lives since we look after a couple of little grandkids on a daily basis. Overall we are very pleased with the result and enjoy our new fireplace immensely.
