> Unbelievably disappointed. Hired Bob to put a new roof on my house. Checked references. His quote wasn't the cheapest. It was also wrong - the materials for the job were underbid by more than 30% so the final price tag was 30% more than quoted. I could've reluctantly lived with that...but from the very beginning, the shingles have been buckling, and there are significant gaps between the shingles and the roof decking - much more than an inch in many places and more than enough space for wasp nests. I know because we have had wasps under the shingles. Multiple calls, texts, emails, photos documenting the issue. Promises for 13 months that these issues would be fixed remain unfulfilled. Integrity? Not so much.
