> Alotta has been our contractor for the last 7 years, from new addition, windows, to remodels. We have used them many times as the General Contractor overseeing all other trades with accuracy and professional manners. I am in the process of building my personal home and have hired them as General to oversee the project. The reliability and attention to details as well as their professional performance is why they will always be our contractor.

> I would strongly discourage using this company. We’ve had several issues with this company. Alotta Construction was contracted to build our custom dream home in Spring of 2021 with a finish date of September 2021. We are not even close to being completed as of July 2022. Unfortunately we’ve had to bring in inspectors and get legal help.
> Here are just some of the issues:
> Nearly the entire drainage aspect of the plumbing had to be removed and replaced, to include opening up walls due to insufficient or no venting in some areas. The drain lines never even had a drop of water run through the system before needing to be “remodeled”/replaced.
> A master plumber found 3 leaks in the gas line.
> Water supply lines were not supported throughout the house.
> Dryer vent beneath the house was incorrect and not per code standards. Fire Hazard per code.
> Siding was grossly installed improperly which voids the warranty.
> Windows were installed without proper flashing and now leak and have drafts.
> Most concrete i.e patio and front porch slopes towards the house and water does not drain properly.
> In one incidence Alotta Construction even locked us out of our property.
> They Removed items from the property that were previously paid for by us.
> Alotta Construction held nearly $40,000 of materials that were paid in full until the Bank President and our Attorney intervened. When we received the materials most of the items were not of the right quantity or completely wrong material that was not in the contract.
> During construction we experienced wind damage. Alotta Construction charged us for material and labor and did not provide the full service or materials they charged the us.
> These are only some of the problems we are/were experiencing.
> PLEASE ASK FOR REFERENCES(actually speak with them). Some of their negative reviews have been removed from social media.

> Super 2 person outfit.  Very concerned with customer satisfaction and to that end found solutions for all my design ideas.  Hard workers with great ethics. Could do it all from pouring the basement/foundation to the plumbing and painting.  Easy to work with and friendly.  Knew where to buy higher end items at great prices.  Guaranteed their work and came back to fix any little problems that cropped up.  Worked through the winter in very cold weather to get the job done by late spring.
