I first met Company owner David at the Spring 2017 Seattle Home Show, he was very nice, knowledgeable about all the products he used, and most importantly not a high-pressure salesman! We next met with Project Estimator Rick Bolick who was very nice, listened with interest as to what our ideas were, and was then able to give us good product suggestions and color ideas. We were then presented with very reasonable contract and start date. We were then contacted by Project Manager Jason McManamon who reviewed our project and confirmed the start date. Jason was also very nice and let us know that if we had any concerns during the project that we contact him. We had 2 teams that worked on our project, the first one replaced the South side siding with Hardie Board siding, and the 2nd team did that actual painting. Both of these 2-man teams were very friendly, professional, and were able to complete their portion of the project on time and on budget. Once the work was completed Jason returned for a final project inspection, he reminded us that it was of the utmost importance that we were 100% satisfied with the completed project and if necessary would send someone back for touch-up work if necessary. My compliments also to Kristina for her timely and friendly handling of the administrative and billing portion of our project. It was an urgent, large project because the previous siding was failing and the water was running behind 10 windows in the house. We also have a house that had a siding combination of different designs and wanted to have a solution that would match the existing design and provide highest quality and durability of Hardie. > > This was the only company where the sales person actually listened to us and was able to match the design - and even made few suggestions to actually improve it. At the same time the sales person was able to answer all of the questions I had (and I am a picky buyer). I signed a fixed price contract that included all of the potential repairs under the siding! The only changed I had to the contract later was because I asked them to also replace two doors, which of course required some more money. They were not the cheapest (there was a company that was about 2% cheaper), but were the only company that actually was able to match what we wanted (which means it is really not comparable to the cheaper offer). > > The project manager came next to discuss details of the project including dates, material location, etc. He also discussed things like how to attach the supporting infrastructure (we have a 28 ft wall that needed to be finished). He stayed in close contact with me throughout the process and answered any request in less than 12 hours. > > The installation crew was between 3-5 people working at the same time. 80% of siding installation happened in rain and this was winter season, which means the light part of the day was short. They worked from sunrise to sunset. The crew was quick to work, very precise (all lines are straight), worked according to specifications, when they discovered problems they presented choices and ask me to decide (with project manager). The best part: they cleaned up everything every day. When they needed to remove hardware (like lights, doorbell, etc.), they put it back up. They finished all external connections (like vents, power) in a way that prevents leakage. Same with the deck and roof that is always a concern... > > Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the job they did. Several people stopped at the house asking about the siding. I waited a year before I wrote this review: wanted to see how the siding holds up.
