It had not been painted for years, so it needed lots of prep work, etc. We wanted to change the color and apply new decorative molding to the upper level. They did an excellent job "start to finish". We had several estimates and felt Conor Forde was the best. Conor reviewed the entire job with us prior to starting and checked in with us throughout the job. His team did prep work, caulking, etc. They showed up on time each day and did an excellent job. Very respectful of the condo owners and neighbor's who live close to us.
